2. Work Culture

The work culture is 50% of the time in work practice and the remaining 50% for completing the project. It is a great way to balance learning and doing. By spending half of your time with experienced professionals and half of your time working on real-world projects, you can gain the knowledge and skills you need to succeed in the IT industry.

3. Basic Concepts

The basic concepts are given as pointers and make the students research on their own. This process helps students to identify their Aspirations / Career Goals. These include:

• Environments and Platforms
• Tools and Technologies
• Methodologies and Processes

4. Project

In an IT Internship program, we will identify the aspirations of the intern to allot them a project that is aligned with their interests and goals. This will help to ensure that the intern is engaged and motivated throughout the internship, and that they are able to gain valuable experience that will help them to achieve their career goals.

5. Review

The review of the project done by us to assess the intern's skills and knowledge, as well as their ability to complete a project independently. After an intern successfully completes the review of their project and meets the required criteria, they may be eligible for certification.

6. Certification

To receive certification, the intern must have full attendance in the free IT Internship program. This is because attendance is an important part of the internship process and it shows how much the intern is committed to their learning and development.
